Use 6 - 12 oz per 5 gallons of beer. Maple syrup can be added to the kettle at flameout but is best used in secondary to retain the most maple flavor in the beer. It can also be used as a priming sugar to help boost maple flavor even more in your batch. Please check out our Priming Sugar Calculator for amounts.
